HISTORY

The Mary Pickford was created in Havana in the 1920s and named for the silent-film actress. White rum, pineapple juice, grenadine and maraschino make a pink, tropical sour. It is usually attributed to Eddie Woelke or Constantino Ribalaigua, the two bartenders most associated with Havana’s golden age.
