HISTORY

The Harvey Wallbanger was created in 1971 by California bartender Donato Antone, who named it after a surfer who allegedly crashed into walls after too many. Vodka and orange juice are topped with a float of Galliano. It became a disco-era staple and a symbol of 1970s drinking.
