HISTORY

The Moscow Mule was created in 1941 by John G. Martin of Heublein and Jack Morgan of the Cock ’n’ Bull, to sell vodka and ginger beer. The copper mug became its signature and helped turn an unlikely collaboration into an American standard. It is essentially a vodka buck.
