HISTORY

The Monkey Wrench is a lightly documented rum-and-grapefruit highball from the 1930s. Different sources give different builds, and the name has been reused for unrelated modern drinks. Its inclusion here reflects its presence in interwar bartending lists rather than a secure single origin.
