HISTORY

The Clover Leaf is a Clover Club variation made with mint and sometimes egg white, recorded in American bar books in the 1920s. Gin, lemon, raspberry syrup and mint give it a fresh, garden-like character. Its exact creator and first printing are uncertain, and it is much less common than its parent drink.
