HISTORY

Wayne Collins created the White Negroni in 2001 in London, using Lillet and Suze instead of sweet vermouth and Campari. The result is pale, floral and bitter, with a gentian finish. It became a modern classic and a standard alternative for drinkers who find the red Negroni too sweet.
