HISTORY

Sam Ross created the Penicillin in 2005 at Milk & Honey in New York. Blended Scotch, lemon and honey-ginger syrup make a warming sour, finished with a float of peated Islay whisky. It became one of the defining modern classics and helped popularise smoky floats.
