HISTORY

Sam Ross created the Paper Plane in 2008 at Milk & Honey in New York, naming it after the M.I.A. song. Bourbon, Aperol, Amaro Nonino and lemon are combined in equal parts, producing a bittersweet, citrus-forward drink. It became a modern classic almost immediately.
