HISTORY

The Gold Rush was created at Milk & Honey in New York in the early 2000s, usually credited to T.J. Siegal. Bourbon, lemon and honey make a simple, warming sour that became a modern classic. It is essentially a whiskey Bee’s Knees and a staple of the new golden age of the cocktail.
