The Dark ’n’ Stormy is a Bermuda highball of black rum, ginger beer and lime. It is associated with Gosling’s Black Seal rum, which registered the drink’s name as a trademark in 1991. The combination of dark molasses and fiery ginger is one of the great simple highballs.
