HISTORY

Dick Bradsell created the Bramble in 1988 at Fred’s Club in London, wanting a drink that tasted like the English countryside. Gin, lemon and sugar are built over crushed ice, then crème de mûre is drizzled over the top. It became a defining modern classic and helped establish the British cocktail renaissance.
