HISTORY

The Horse’s Neck began as a non-alcoholic long drink of ginger ale and bitters, named for the long spiral of lemon peel that resembles a horse’s neck. Whiskey was added around 1910, creating the “Horse’s Neck with a Kick”. It survives as both a refreshing highball and a gentle introduction to whiskey.
