HISTORY

The Pisco Sour was created in Lima in the 1920s, most likely by Victor Morris at Morris’ Bar. Pisco, lime, sugar and egg white make a frothy, aromatic sour; a few dashes of Angostura bitters are the signature finish. Peru celebrates a national Pisco Sour day each February.
