HISTORY

The Pink Squirrel is a mid-century American dessert cocktail of crème de noyaux, crème de cacao and cream. Its pink colour and almond flavour made it a favourite of 1940s and 1950s supper clubs. It is a close relative of the Grasshopper and the Brandy Alexander.
