HISTORY

Alexander’s Sister is a Savoy Cocktail Book variation on the Alexander. It keeps the gin and cream but replaces crème de cacao with green crème de menthe, producing a pale green, minty after-dinner drink. The recipe is simple, but the balance depends on not overdoing the mint.
