INGREDIENTS
- Vodka700 ml
- Water250 ml
- Sugar400 g
- Zest of lemons10
- Sage leaves20
Infuse vodka, lemon zest and sage in a cool, dark place for a month, shaking twice a week. Make a simple syrup, strain the infused vodka and combine. Let rest for two weeks.
