Absinthe7.5 ml
Grenadine15 ml
Lemon juice15 ml
Egg white1
Cherryto garnish

METHOD

Dry-shake the bourbon, Grand Marnier, absinthe, grenadine, lemon and egg white, then shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a cherry.
