Rye, dry vermouth, lemon and grenadine with orange bitters: the anti-Prohibition drink named for a lawbreaker.

INGREDIENTS

Rye whiskey60 ml
Dry vermouth30 ml
Lemon juice20 ml
Grenadine10 ml
Orange bitters2 dashes
Orange peelto garnish

METHOD

Shake the rye, vermouth, lemon, grenadine and bitters with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel.
