Light rum and grapefruit juice with a dash of bitters over ice: a tart, uncomplicated island highball.

INGREDIENTS
  • Light rum45 ml
  • Grapefruit juice90 ml
  • Angostura bitters2 dashes
  • Grapefruit wheelto garnish
METHOD

Build the rum, grapefruit juice and bitters in a rocks glass over ice and stir briefly. Garnish with a grapefruit wheel.
