Gin, orange juice, grenadine and a whisper of absinthe: the 1920s Paris bar’s most notoriously named cocktail.
INGREDIENTS
- Gin60 ml
- Orange juice30 ml
- Grenadine15 ml
- Absinthe1 dash
- Orange peelto garnish
Shake the gin, orange juice, grenadine and absinthe with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange peel.
