Applejack, lemon and grenadine shaken to a deep rose: the Prohibition-era apple brandy sour.
INGREDIENTS
- Applejack60 ml
- Lemon juice20 ml
- Grenadine15 ml
- Lemon twistto garnish
Shake the applejack, lemon juice and grenadine with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a lemon twist.
