HISTORY

The Old Fashioned evolved from the original style of cocktail, made with spirits, sugar, water and bitters. As bartenders began introducing more elaborate ingredients and techniques, customers started asking for their whiskey cocktails made the old-fashioned way. It became a symbol of classic, spirit-forward bartending.
