HISTORY

The Bronx Terrace is a dry-Martini variation with a splash of orange juice and a dash of bitters, recorded in the Savoy Cocktail Book. It is a cousin of the Bronx and the Income Tax, and like many Savoy drinks its creator is unknown. It survives mainly as a curiosity for people working through the pre-war canon.
