HISTORY

The Michelada is a Mexican beer cocktail with as many formulas as there are states. Beer, lime, tomato or clamato juice, Worcestershire and hot sauce are common, always with a salted rim. It is a morning drink, a hangover cure and a way to make light beer more interesting.
