HISTORY

The Income Tax is a Savoy cocktail of gin, dry vermouth, orange juice and bitters. It belongs to the Bronx family and takes its name from the British income tax, which was a live political issue when Craddock published the book in 1930. It is drier and more aperitif-like than the Bronx.
