Gin, lemon, grenadine and egg white: a pink, silky sour crowned with a mint sprig.
INGREDIENTS
- Gin60 ml
- Lemon juice20 ml
- Grenadine15 ml
- Egg white1
- Mint sprigto garnish
Dry-shake the gin, lemon, grenadine and egg white, then shake again with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a mint sprig.
