Gin, maraschino and lemon with orange bitters: the pre-Prohibition cocktail named for Monte Carlo’s gaming tables.
INGREDIENTS
- Gin60 ml
- Maraschino liqueur15 ml
- Lemon juice15 ml
- Orange bitters2 dashes
- Lemon twistto garnish
Shake the gin, maraschino, lemon and bitters with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
