Bourbon takes the gin’s place in the Negroni: equal parts whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth, stirred over ice.
INGREDIENTS
- Bourbon45 ml
- Campari30 ml
- Sweet vermouth30 ml
- Orange peelto garnish
Stir the bourbon, Campari and vermouth with ice until very cold. Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and garnish with an orange peel.
