INGREDIENTS

Blended Scotch22.5 ml
Cherry Heering22.5 ml
Sweet vermouth22.5 ml
Orange juice22.5 ml
Orange peelto garnish

METHOD

Shake the Scotch, Cherry Heering, vermouth and orange juice with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an orange peel.
