A bright Venetian aperitivo with sparkling wine, Aperol and a splash of soda.
INGREDIENTS
- Prosecco90 ml
- Aperol60 ml
- Soda water30 ml
- Orange sliceto garnish
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add the Prosecco, Aperol and soda water. Stir gently once and garnish with an orange slice.
