The Basque-American classic: Amer Picon, grenadine and soda over crushed ice, finished with a brandy float.

INGREDIENTS

Amer Picon45 ml
Grenadine10 ml
Soda waterto top
Brandy15 ml
Lemon peelto garnish

METHOD

Fill a highball with crushed ice, add the Amer Picon and grenadine and stir. Top with soda, float the brandy over the back of a spoon and garnish with a lemon peel.
