  • Gin 45 ml
  • Sweet Vermouth 25 ml
  • Maraschino Liqueur 5 ml
  • Mezcal 5 ml
  • Angostura Bitter 2 Dashes
  • Method: Stirred
  • Glass: Coupette
  • Ice: No Ice
  • Garnish: Lemon Peel

Combine all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain the mixture into a pre-chilled coupe glass without ice. Finish by garnishing with a twist of orange and adding 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.
