Mushroom Gin
  • Gin 700 ml
  • Porcini Mushroom 50 gr

Combine gin and porcini mushrooms in a jar, allowing them to infuse for a couple of days. Once the infusion period is complete, strain the mixture into another container, effectively separating and removing the porcini mushrooms. This results in a uniquely infused gin, ready to elevate your cocktails with a rich and earthy essence.
